Hold Harmless
I, the child’s parent/legal guardian, understand the nature of this event and any related activities, and certify that he/she is able to participate in this event, and grant permission for said participation. On behalf of myself, my child, and our assigns, executors and heirs, I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOing2COLLEGEisEZ, YESUSA Transformational Cities, and any other sponsoring organization and its trustees, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, damage and claims of any nature arising from or in any way related to my child’s participation in this event.
Photo Release
GOing2COLLEGEisEZ and others involved in this event have my permission to use any photos, stock photography, and videos taken of me and/or my child during this event and any Community Classroom programming, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
Permission to Contact Child
I grant permission for me or my child to be contacted by any of the GOing2COLLEGEisEZ staff members by text, phone, or email.
