Mentors may serve as Values Based Leadership (VBL) small group facilitators or work one-on-one or with 1–2 students during College & Career Readiness (CCR) sessions. Responsibilities: Facilitate VBL small group discussions; support 1–2 students during CCR sessions; model positive behavior; encourage participation; build trust with youth.
