Mentors may serve as Values Based Leadership (VBL) smallgroup facilitators or work oneonone or with 1–2 students during College & Career Readiness (CCR) sessions. Responsibilities: Facilitate VBL smallgroup discussions; support 1–2 students during CCR sessions; model positive behavior; encourage participation; build trust with youth.
